FAULTY ITEMS

At Jade Sports we aim to provide our customers with products and service of the highest quality and standard. If you have received an item with a fault or defect, please contact us.

To assist us in solving the issue, we ask if you can supply a photo of the fault or issue. On occasions it may be necessary to send the goods back to us for physical examination. For Minor faults we may repair the item if this is possible, or at our discretion we may replace the item or offer a full refund. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) providing the following criteria is met.

  • Proof of purchase (original) is supplied. This can include online order confirmation or receipt. If these items are unavailable a copy of bank statement / Remittance
  • Item(s) are unused and in its original condition with any applicable swing tags still attached.
  • Item(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase
  • For returns and exchanges the item(s) are required to be purchased at full price, items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.

The above returns and exchange conditions do not apply to item(s) that are damaged or faulty.
